Esta mañana fueron presentadas las candidaturas a la versión número 61 de los Grammy 2019, de la mano de los cantantes Alessia Cara, Shawn Mendes y Janelle Monáe y el presentador de Apple Music, Zane Lowe.
Los artistas nominados fueron aquellos que sacaron música entre el 1 de octubre de 2017 y el 30 de septiembre de 2018.
Quien lidera las nominaciones es el rapero Kendrick Lamar con ocho menciones para el gramófono, siendo seguido por Drake con siete.
Presencia latina
Quienes destacan son la mexicana Natalia Lafourcade que fue nominada como mejor álbum de pop latino y esta sería la quinta candidatura de la artistas en toa su carrera.
Pero dentro de la misma categoría se encuentran nominados el español Pablo Alborán, la puertorriqueña Raquel Sofía, la argentina Claudia Brant y el colombiano, Carlos Vives, que sería su sexta mención en su trayectoria para los Grammy.
Además, en mejor álbum alternativo latino nombres como Zoé, Aterciopelados, COASTCITY, Monsieur Periné y Orishas competirán por el gramófono.

Los Grammy se celebrarán en Los Ángeles, el próximo 10 de febrero, en el Staples Center.
